MidSouthCon starts tomorrow. It really snuck up on me and I’m not in a convention-frame of mind. I think it’s because it’s about 2 weeks earlier than usual this year!
Anyway, here’s my schedule.
Friday – 11:00 PM – Donning The Tights
I had a panel friday at 5, but our regional manager is in town and I just can’t get off work early enough to get down there for that one.
I was going to wear Hoth Leia friday evening – but I can’t find the boot covers. I’m running out to my parents house tomorrow morning before work to see if I can find them, because they’re not here.
If I can’t find them I’m just going to wear Scarlet Witch, I think.
Saturday – 11:00 AM – Think Outside the Seams (Costuming as an original character that you designed–how to do it and make it cool!)
Saturday – 7:00 PM – The Technical Difficulties of Costuming (Learn all the nuts and bolts of designing a costume–the materials, costs, measurements, and gadgets.)
I’m going to wear Wonder Woman (the one I wore to dragoncon last year) and Snow White.
Chase is finishing up my Wonder Woman stuff tonight.
